Delete Your Data

Step-by-step instructions for removing all VoidGram data from your device and connected services.

What VoidGram Stores

VoidGram stores the following data locally on your device:

• Your Instagram access token (encrypted)
• Basic profile information (username, profile picture URL)
• Uploaded media files (images and videos)
• Post history and scheduling data

VoidGram does not send your data to any remote server controlled by us. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Disconnect Your Instagram Account

You can revoke VoidGram's access to your Instagram account from three places:

From VoidGram

Open Settings and click "Disconnect" next to your connected account. This removes the stored access token and profile data from the local database.

From Instagram

Go to Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites and remove VoidGram. This revokes the access token on Instagram's side.

From Facebook

Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and remove VoidGram. This revokes the Facebook Page access token that VoidGram uses for the Instagram API.

Delete All Local Data

Option A: From Within VoidGram

Open Settings and click the "Delete All Data" button. This wipes the local database, uploaded media, and all stored tokens.

Option B: Uninstall VoidGram

Uninstall VoidGram through Windows Settings or the Control Panel. Note that the AppData folder may persist after uninstallation on Windows. To ensure complete removal, also follow Option C.

Option C: Manually Delete the Data Folder

Delete the VoidGram data directory at:

%APPDATA%\void-gram-desktop\data\

To remove all application data including settings, delete the entire folder:

%APPDATA%\void-gram-desktop\

Cloud Scheduling Data

If you enabled cloud scheduling through Cloudflare, additional data is stored in your Cloudflare account. To remove it:

• Delete the VoidGram Worker from your Cloudflare dashboard (Workers & Pages)
• Delete the KV namespace used by VoidGram (Storage → KV)
• Delete the R2 bucket if one was created for media uploads (Storage → R2)

This data is stored in your own Cloudflare account, which you control entirely. REMvisual has no access to it.

Deletion Timeline

Data deletion is immediate when you follow the steps above. VoidGram does not retain copies of your data on any remote server. Once deleted from your device and disconnected from Instagram/Facebook, no trace of your data remains.
